摘要 为了满足大型旋转机械设备在振动检测中实现多路振动信号高精度实时采集的需要,提出了一种多通道振动信号采集仪的设计方案。采用ARM+FPGA架构作为数据处理和控制核心,通过FPGA控制A/D实现8路振动信号的实时准确采集,并在FPGA内部对采集结果进行串并转换和数据缓存,ARM采用FSMC总线与FPGA进行通信,读取采集数据,并通过以太网传输至上位机。测试结果表明,采集仪单路信号采样频率可实现192 k Hz,采集数据的相对误差小于0.1%,具有较好的实时性和可靠性。 A multi-channel vibration signal acquisition instrument was designed to satisfy the need of high precision and realtime acquisition of multi-vibration signal in the vibration detection of large rotating machinery equipment. The system used the ARM+ FPGA architecture as the core of data processing and control,FPGA was used to realize precise and real-time acquisition of 8roads vibration signals by controlling A / D,then caching data and making serial and parallel conversion inner itself. ARM was designed to communicate with FPGA and read the data by using FSMC bus,finally these signals were transfered to the host computer through Ethernet. The experimental results indicate that this instrument can realize 192 k Hz sampling frequency in single channel,and collecting data relative error is less than 0. 1%. Therefore,it has great real-time and reliability.
