高效液相色谱法测定鞣柳硼三酸散中水杨酸含量 被引量:1

摘要 通过采用高效液相色谱法,建立了对鞣柳硼三酸散中水杨酸的含量测定方法。以Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长305nm,流速1.0m L/min,25℃柱温,在此优化的条件下,水杨酸在0.063 44~1.268 8μg之间线性关系良好(r=1.000 0,n=5),回收率为101.26%,RSD为0.48%(n=9)。该方法简便、准确,可用于鞣柳硼三酸散中水杨酸的含量测定,对控制制剂质量有一定指导意义。 We established a HPLC method for determining the content of salicylic acid in tannic acid,salicylic acid and boric acid power. The chromatographic column was Agilent SB-C18,and the mobile phase was Methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid solution( 60∶ 40). The detection wavelength was 305 nm,with the flow rate of 1. 0 m L / min. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The average recovery and the RSD of salicylic acid was 101. 26% and 0. 48%( n = 9),respectively. This method is effective,simple,accurate,and can be used to determine the content of salicylic acid in tannic acid,salicylic acid and boric acid powder.
