摘要 随着光伏发电能源利用形式逐步发展,光伏电站的管理模式已经开始从单一的电站管理向跨地市、跨省份乃至跨国界的方向发展。这些电站从分布情况来看已经形成区域化的分布形式,传统的光伏电站监控系统已经不能满足电站运营商的统一集中运营管理的需求。研究了一种区域分布型光伏电站运营管理系统,阐述了该系统的总体架构、组网方式、基于GIS服务的数据监测模型构建以及基于专家系统的运维决策体系方法及应用。对该系统产生的效果及未来的应用前景进行了总结与展望。 With the development of photovoltaic generation's energy utilization patterns,the management model of PV power plant is changing from one single station to cities,provinces and even cross-border.Theses stations have been distributed in the form of regionalization; the traditional PV plant monitor system has been unable to meet the need of the centralized operator operations management.A kind of regional distribution operations management system of PV power plant was studied,such as its architecture,networking,data monitoring model based on GIS services,the setup of operation and maintenance decision-making method based on expert system.The effect of the system and its application prospect were summarized.
