摘要
Z源逆变器能够适应宽动态的直流输入电压,在电动汽车电机驱动系统中应用广泛。以TMS320F2808为控制核心,实现了基于Z源逆变器的SVPWM控制技术,将双向Z源逆变器应用到纯电动汽车电机驱动系统中,并提出了基于Z源逆变器的感应电机控制算法,在低速状态下,可以稳定直流母线电压,很好地解决了动力电池在工作过程中电压下降、动力性能变差的问题;在高速状态下,母线电压得到提升,可以改善高速时电动汽车动力性能,特别适用于要求宽调速运行、转矩和功率频繁变化的电机应用场所,具有良好的工程实用价值。
Z-source inverter is adjustable to a wide arrange of DC input voltage,so it is very appropriate for motor driving system in electric vehicles.Bidirectional Z-source inverter was applied in pure electric vehicle motor driving system.TMS320F2808 DSP was taken as the controlling core.SVPWM controlling technology based on Z-source Inverter was realized.Meantime,the induction motor controlling algorithm based on Z-source Inverter was realized,which could stabilize DC-bus voltage at low speed,solving the problem of dynamic performance variation because of power batteries voltage drop; at high speed,electric vehicle dynamic performance was also modified by bus voltage ascension.So this system has strong engineering practical value,especially appropriate for variable speed drive,torque and power frequently changing motor driving system.
