西部地区智慧城市建设影响因素研究

A Research on the Influential Factors of the Construction of Smart City in the Western Region

基于西部地区在智慧城市建设中相对于全国及东部具有滞后性的特点,从区域视角出发,择取西部地区9省份为研究对象,以基础设施环境、科技服务环境、经济发展环境、智慧产业投入、价值实现五个维度及下设的16个因子进行主成分量化研究,提炼出影响西部地区智慧城市建设的主要因素,结合实证研究,分析当前西部地区部分省份取得成就的原因及仍面临的问题,进而为西部地区加快智慧城市建设提出针对性建议。

Base on wisdom city constructions of the western area, which is lag behind to the eastern area in China, from the angle of areas, 9 provinces in the western area are chose as research subjects, and 16 factors belonging to five dimensions that are environment of infrastructure, technology service circumstance, economic development environment, investment of smart industry, and value realization, are taken into consideration in principal component quantitative research. Then the paper refines the major factors which impacts smart city constructions in the western area. Combing with the empirical research, the paper analyzes the reasons and problems of achievements in some provinces of the current western area. Then the paper proposes pertinent suggestions to accelerate smart city construction in the western area.
