星机地综合观测定量遥感融合处理与共性产品生产系统关键技术研究与系统设计

摘要 针对全球资源环境监测需求,本课题作为"星机地综合定量遥感系统与应用示范(二期)"项目的一部分,将集成和突破在"一期"研究中形成的卫星数据库分布式组网技术、多尺度遥感数据同化与真实性检验技术、面向应用的遥感数据融合处理与生成技术等关键技术,重点突破运行性多源遥感共性产品生产系统构建中的一系列相关技术,研制星机地综合观测定量遥感数据融合处理与共性产品生产系统。该年度基于项目一期相关技术成果,初步实现连通6个以上卫星数据中心的能力,建立虚拟组网分布式卫星数据服务系统;研究多源遥感数据的辐射归一化、几何归一化、定量遥感产品反演、星机地观测数据同化、时空无缝融合和多尺度真实验证等技术,对虚拟组网的分布式卫星数据服务系统、多源遥感数据辐射归一化系统、多源遥感数据几何归一化系统、多源数据融合定量遥感产品生产系统、多源数据融合产品生产系统、时间连续共性产品同化系统、定量遥感产品真实性检验系统、多中心海量遥感数据协同处理支撑系统八个子系统进行实际的系统设计工作,包括顶层设计、需求分析及概要设计。 In the view of the global resources and environment monitoring requirements, this task will integrate and make a breakthrough on a number of key technologies that have been achieved within "The first phase" such as Remote sensing satellite database distributed networking technology, Multi--scale remote sensing data assimilation and authenticity inspection technology, and Remote sensing data fusion processing and generating technology towards application~ And furthermore, this task will play an important role in the project named the second phase comprehensive "Satellite--Aerospaceplane--Groundstation" quantitative remote sensing system and application. In the above problems, we would pay attention to do some key breakthroughs in the process of building a multi--source remote sensing common production system and develop a comprehensive "Satellite--Aerospaceplane--Groundstation" quantitative remote sensing data fusion processing and general production system. The main research contents in this year are as follows: (1)More than 6 remote sensing satellite data centers will be connected together, in the meanwhile, virtual network distributed satellite data service system will be established based on some research results achieved in "The first phase" project. (2)Related technologies will be researched such as multi--source remote sensing data normalization of radiation, geometry normalization, quantitative remote sensing inversion, "Satellite--Aeroapeeplane-- Groundstation" observation data assimilation, seamless integration and space--time multi--scale real validation. Another important job is how to integrate Virtual network distributed satellite data service system, Multi--source remote sensing data normalization of radiation system, Multi--source remote sensing data geometry normalization system, Multi--source data fusion of quantitative remote sensing products production system, Multi--source data fusion products production system, Temporal continuous assimilation system common products, Quantitative remote sensing product authenticity test system, and Multi--center collaborative the massive remote sensing data processing support system. Among them, the top--level design, system demand analysis, and system general design would be included.
