摘要
目的研究并探讨后路手术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的临床疗效。方法于2015年1—12月在该院收治的脊柱胸腰段骨折患者中随机抽取50例患者作为此次研究的对象,采取数字抽签的方法将50例患者分为两组,对照组、观察组均分布有25例患者。对照组施行侧路植骨融合手术治疗,观察组施行后路椎弓根钉内固定植骨融合手术。对比两组患者伤椎前后缘高度比、Cobb角以及VAS评分。结果观察组的伤椎前缘高度比、伤椎后缘高度比以及Cobb角分别为(93.65±2.13)%、(95.39±2.53)%、(7.48±0.56)°,均明显优于对照组的(87.31±1.87)%、(89.17±1.42)%、(9.26±0.75)°,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的VAS评分为(2.47±1.13)分,明显低于对照组的(5.69±1.65)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脊柱胸腰段骨折患者的临床治疗中,给予患者后路椎弓根钉内固定植入融合手术治疗,可有效促进椎体高度的恢复,减轻患者的疼痛,具有显著的应用效果。
Objective To research and discuss the clinical curative effect of posterior approach in treatment of fractures of thoracolumbar spine segment. Methods 50 cases of patients with fractures of thoracolumbar spine segment admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the control group were treated with lateral bone graft fusion operation, the observation group were treated with posterior pedicle screw internal fixation bone graft fusion operation, and the leading and trailing edge of the fractured vertebral body height ratio, Cobb angle and VAS score were compared between the two groups.Results The leading edge of the fractured vertebral body height ratio, the trailing edge of the fractured vertebral body height ratio and Cobb angle in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,[(93.65±2.13)%,(95.39±2.53)%,(7.48 ±0.56)° vs(87.31 ±1.87)%,(89.17 ±1.42)%,(9.26 ±0.75)° ], and the difference had statistical significance(P 〈0.05), the VAS score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, [(2.47 ±1.13) marks vs(5.69±1.65) marks], and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Posterior pedicle screw internal fixation bone graft fusion operation in clinical treatment of patients with thoracolumbar spine segment can effectively promote the recovery of vertebral body height and relieve pains of patients, and it has an obvious application effect.
