急诊内科昏迷患者的临床研究

Clinical Research of Coma Patients in Department of Emergency Internal Medicine

目的研究急诊内科昏迷病患的临床原因和救治办法。方法方便采集2012年2月—2014年2月入院急诊内科病房的200例昏迷病人,统计病患致病因素、临床症状及治疗办法。结果脑血管类病患、糖尿病及急性中毒在急诊内科病人出现昏迷的病人中占相当大比例,占总病患数的45%、15%、23%。通过医生对病患的救治,200例急诊昏迷病人存活180例(90%),病故10例(10%)。结论昏迷患者的致病因素有很多种,要求按照病人的临床症状尽快确诊,并且要及时救治以降低病人死亡率。

Objective To research the clinical causes and treatment measures of coma patients in department of emergency internal medicine. Methods 200 cases of coma patients admitted in department of emergency internal medicine of our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were collected, and the pathogenic factors, clinical symptoms and treatment measures of the patients were counted. Results The cerebral vascular disease, diabetes and acute poisoning accounted for a large proportion in coma patients in department of emergency internal medicine with the proportion of 45%, 15% and 23%respectively, 180 cases survived（90%） and 10 cases（10%） died in the 200 cases of coma patients in emergency. Conclusion There are multiple pathogenic factors of coma patients, and we should diagnose them as soon as possible according to the patient’s clinical symptoms and give timely treatment thus reducing the mortality rate of patients.
