口腔溃疡患者临床护理效果

Clinical Care Effect of Patients with Dental Ulcer

目的探讨口腔溃疡患者的护理。方法整群选取2014年2月—2015年12月该院口腔溃疡患者共110例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规口腔护理。在对照组基础上,给予观察组全面口腔护理干预。观察口腔愈合时间、正常进食恢复时间及护理满意度评分情况。结果观察组口腔愈合时间为(6.97±3.02)d、正常进食恢复时间为(5.42±2.53)d及护理满意度评分为(76.84±3.36)分,均优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于口腔溃疡中,能够保障治疗效果,加快患者的康复进程。

Objective To discuss the care of patients with dental ulcer. Methods 110 cases of patients with dental ulcer treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were given conventional oral care, the observation group were given comprehensive oral care intervention on the basis of the control group, and the oral healing time, normal feeding recovery time and care satisfaction score were observed.Results The oral healing time, normal feeding recovery time and care satisfaction score were respectively（6.97 ±3.02） d,（5.42±2.53） d and（76.84±3.36） marks, which were better than those in the control group, and there were differences between groups by comparison P〈0.05. Conclusion Care intervention in the application of dental ulcer can ensure the treatment effect and speed up the rehabilitation process of patients.
