康妇炎胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗盆腔炎疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Kangfuyan Capsules Combined with Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository in Treatment of Pelvic Inflammation

目的探讨康妇炎胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月于该院就诊的盆腔炎患者共100例,将患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组患者50例,对照组患者入院之后给予单纯的康妇炎胶囊进行治疗;观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上,再联合康妇消炎栓对患者进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组50例患者在经过治疗后,总有效率为90%;对照组患者总有效率为64%。观察组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组患者,二者组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在治疗盆腔炎时,可以采用康妇炎胶囊联合康妇消炎栓对患者进行治疗,能有效改善患者的临床症状,取得良好的治疗效果,该治疗方法值得在临床上大力推广和使用。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of kangfuyan capsules combined with kangfuxiaoyan suppository in treatment of pelvic inflammation. Methods 100 cases of patients with pelvic inflammation treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group were treated with simple kangfuyan capsules after admission, the observation group were treated with klangfuxiaoyan suppository on the basis of control group, the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,（90% vs 64%）, and the difference between groups was obvious with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion Kangfuyan capsules combined with kangfuxiaoyan suppository in treatment of pelvic inflammation in clinic can effectively improve the patient ’s clinical symptoms and obtain a good treatment effect, which is worth great promotion and application in clinic.’
