不同程度子痫前期对妊娠结局的影响

The Influence of Different Degrees of Preeclampsia on Pregnancy Outcome

目的探讨不同程度子痫前期与妊娠结局的关系。方法整群收集2010年7月—2014年12月在该院产科住院分娩的248例子痫前期患者根据疾病严重程度分为轻度组119例和重度组129例,比较两组孕产妇的围产期并发症、围生儿并发症发生情况。结果重度组的收缩压、舒张压、发病孕周均明显高于轻度组(P<0.05)。重度组的新生儿窒息、早产、胎儿窘迫、死产发生率明显高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度子痫前期会明显增加母儿并发症的发生风险,因此对此类患者需采取积极措施以确保母儿健康,提高生育质量。

Objective To discuss the correlation between different degrees of preeclampsia and pregnancy outcome. Meth- ods 248 cases of patients with preeclampsia giving birth in the department of obstetrics of our hospital from July 2010 to December 2014 were collected and divided into the mild group with 119 cases and the severe group with 129 cases accord- ing to the disease severity, and the perinatal complications and occurrence of perinatal complications of the two groups were / compared. Results The .systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pathogenic gestational weeks in the severe group were obvi- ously higher than those in the mild group （P〈0.05）, the incidence rates of neonatal asphyxia, premature birth, fetal distress and dead birth in the severe group were obviously higher than those in the mild group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Severe preeclampsia can obviously increase the occurrence risk of mother and neonate complications, therefore, we should take active measures to ensure the mother and neonate health and improve the bearing quality.
