摘要
目的探析血清C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、脂蛋白(a)在急性脑梗塞诊断中价值。方法选取该院2013年1月—2015年8月收治的30例急性脑梗塞患者,作为研究组,对照组选择同期来该院体检的健康志愿者30例,检测两组CRP、FG及LP(a)水平,比较分析其与梗塞严重程度之间关系。结果研究组CRP、FG及LP(a)水平为(14.8±2.1)mg/L、(8.3±3.2)g/L、(324.1±5.4)mg/L与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻型的患者CRP、FG及LP(a)水平(7.6±1.2)mg/L、(5.1±0.3)g/L、(275.4±4.3)mg/L低于中型及重型的患者,P<0.05;中型患者CRP、FG及LP(a)水平(14.3±2.1)mg/L、(8.2±2.5)g/L、(335.8±4.4)mg/L与重型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性脑梗塞患者检测CRP、FG及LP(a)水平,能够显示患者梗塞的程度,可作为诊断的依据,应用价值较好。
Objecctive To discuss and analyze the value of serum C-reactive protein, contractinogen and lipoprotein （a） in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 30 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the research group, 30 cases of healthy volunteers with physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, the CRP, FG and LP （a） levels of the two groups were detected, and the correlation between them and the infarction severity was comparatively analyzed. Results The CRP, FG and LP （a） levels were respectively （14.8±2.1） mg/L, （8.3±3.2） g/L and （324.1±5.4） mg/L in the re- search group, which were obviously different from those in the control group（P〈0.05）, the CRP, FG and LP（a） levels were （7.6±1.2） mg/L, （5.1±0.3） g/L and （275.4±4.3） mg/L in the mild patients, which were lower than those in the moderate and severe patients, the CRP, FG and LP （a） levels of moderate patients were respectively （14.3±2.1） mg/L, （8.2±2.5） g/L, and （335.8±4.4） mg/L, and there were differences in the CRP, FG and LP（a） levels between the moderate patients and the severe patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of CRP, FG and LP（a） levels of patients with acute cerebral infarction can show the degree of infarction of patients, which can be used as the basis for diagnosis, and the application value is better.
