摘要
目的探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙的临床效果。方法整群选取2012年1月—2014年12月该院口腔科收治的前牙冠套修复患者86例123颗患牙,随机分成对照组(镍铬合金烤瓷冠治疗)和观察组(二氧化锆全瓷冠治疗)各43例,比较治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组治疗后边缘密合度、牙龈边缘染色、破裂均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无不良反应发生,对照组不良反应发生率为11.6%(P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙的临床效果满意。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown in repairing anterior teeth. Methods 86 cases of patients （123 diseased teeth） with anterior teeth crown repair admitted and treated in the department of stomatology of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （treated with Ni-Cr alloy-porcelain crown） and the observation group （treated with zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown） with 43 cases in each, the treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared. Results The marginal adaptation, gingival marginal staining and rupture after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 0 in the observation group and 11.6% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown is satisfactory.
