第一、二年轻恒磨牙根管治疗后的牙体修复研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的为了深入探讨不同修复方式在临床治疗中经过牙髓病治疗的第一、二年轻恒磨牙牙体缺损的临床修复效果及差异,以便临床上能更好地选择合适的牙体修复方式。方法方便选取2012年7月—2014年7月在该院接受经过牙髓病治疗的第一、二年轻恒磨牙牙体大缺损的患者90例,随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组患者均为30例,各组患者治疗年轻恒磨牙的颗数分别为39颗、42颗、46颗,其中A组患者采取充填法治疗,B组患者采取高嵌体修复治疗,C组患者采取桩核冠修复治疗,修复治疗完成后医嘱交代患者每3个月复诊,随访观察,最后使用统计学方法对比分析3组患者的修复治疗效果。结果 3组患者经过治疗后,第一、二年轻恒磨牙牙体大缺损均得到修复,其中C组患者的治疗成功率为95.7%高于A组76.9%的成功率与B组88.1%的成功率,C组的成功率最高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在临床上第一、二年轻恒磨牙牙体大缺损修复治疗过程中,应根据患牙的具体情况来决定,有助于第一、二年轻恒磨牙牙体缺损的修复治疗,并且能提高治疗成功率。 Objective To deeply discuss the clinical restoration effects and differences of different restoration methods in the clinical treatment of the defects of the first and second young permanent molar teeth after pulpal treatment in order to better select the suitable the dental restoration method. Methods 90 cases of patients with large defects of the first and sec- ond young permanent molar teeth after pulpal treatment in our hospital from July. 2012 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the group A, group B and group C with 30 cases in each, the young permanent molar teeth numbers in each group were respectively 39, 42 and 46, the group A were treated with filling method, the group B were treated with on- lay restoration, the group C were treated with post and core crown restoration, after finishing the restoration treatment, the patients were advised for subsequent visits every three months by the doctor, and they were observed by follow-up, the restoration treatment effects were compared and analyzed between the three groups by the statistical method. Results After treatment, the large defects of the first and second young permanent molar teeth were restored, the treatment successful rate of the group C was higher than that of the group A and that of the group B,(95.7% vs 76.9%), (95.7% vs 88.1%), and the successful rate of the group C was the highest with statistical differences,P〈0.05. Conclusion In clinic, we should restore and treat the large defects of the first and second young permanent molar teeth according to the specific conditions of the diseased teeth, which is conducive to the restoration and treatment of the defects of the first and second young permanent molar teeth and improving the treatment successful rate.
