腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术两种缝合方法的效果比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Effects of Two Suture Methods in Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的比较腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术两种缝合方法的效果。方法整群选取2013年11月—2015年9月来该院行腹腔镜剔除术的114例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组,观察组57例给予单层间断内翻缝合子宫术,对照组57例给予双层间断全层缝合术式,比较两种缝合方法的效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量等指标均明显好于对照组,同时观察组总有效率为89.47%,对照组总有效率71.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单层间断内翻缝合子宫术能明显缩短腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高治疗质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effects of two suture methods in laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 114 cases of fi- broid patients receiving laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from November 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each, the observation group were treated with single-layer interrupted inverting su- ture hysterectomy surgery, the control group were treated with double-layer interrupted full-thickness suture technique, and the effects of two suture methods were compared. Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observa- tion group were obviously better than those in the control group, at the same time, the difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance, （89.47% vs 71.93%）,P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with laparoscopic myomectomy, the single-layer interrupted inverting suture hysterectomy surgery can obviously shorten the operation time, reduce the intraoperative blood loss and improve the treatment quality, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
