咽喉部良性肿物切除术的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Pharynx and Larynx Benign Tumor Resection

目的分析探讨支撑喉镜在基层医院治疗咽喉部良性肿物切除术的临床应用价值。方法方便选择该院收治的咽喉部良性肿物切除术患者80例作为研究对象,收治时间在2013年3月—2014年5月,使用信封抽取法将这80例患者平均分成两组,实验组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规手术治疗,实验组在支撑喉镜下切除咽喉部良性肿物,并在治疗结束后,对比分析两组的治疗总有效率、复发率及并发症发生率。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);实验组的复发率和并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜在基层医院治疗咽喉部良性肿物切除术中具有积极的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical application value of the self-retaining laryngoscope in the phar- ynx and larynx benign tumor resection for the primary hospital. Methods 80 cases of patients with pharynx and larynx be- nign tumor resection admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each by the envelop extraction method, the control group were treated with conventional method, the experimental group were treated with self-retaining laryngoscope for the resection of pharynx and larynx benign tumor, the total treatment effective rate, recurrence rate and incidence rate of complications were compared and analyzed at the end of the treatment. Results The total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, （95.00% vs 75.00%）, P〈0.05, the recurrence rate and incidence rate of complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The self-retaining laryngoscope in the pharynx and larynx be- nign tumor？resection for the primary hospital has a positive clinical application value.
