不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙对不稳定型心绞痛患者的血脂、血清高敏C-反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙对不稳定型心绞痛患者的血脂、血清高敏C-反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸的影响。方法整群选择在该院收治冠心病不稳定心绞痛的患者84例,随机分为观察组(高剂量)和对照组(低剂量),使用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗并检测患者治疗前后血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平及血脂各项水平。结果两组患者均与治疗比较,TC、LDL-C及TG的量均明显降低,但是观察组降低更为明显,治疗前后两组结果差异有统计学意义(t=3.895,P=0.034)、(t=5.874,P=0.021)、(t=5.637,P=0.014);观察组和对照组患者治疗前血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平无显著变化,不同具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平均均显著下降(t=6.541,P=0.011)、(t=5.034,P=0.019),但观察组下降更为明显。结论针对于不稳定型心绞痛患者使用高剂量的瑞舒伐他汀钙,能够充分的调节机体内部的血脂,同时可以降低Hcy、hs-CRP水平,对降低心血管事件的发生具有重要的意义。 Objective To study the effect of different doses of rosuvastatin calcium on blood fat, serum high-sensitivity C- reactive protein?and homocysteine in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 84 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted and treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group ( high dose) and the control group ( low dose), and they were treated with rosuvastatin calcium, the serum Hcy, hs-CRP levels and various levels of blood fat of patients before and after, treatment were detected. Results The TC, LDL-C and TG levels obviously decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment, but the decrease of the observation group was more obvious, the difference in the result before and after treatment was obvious with statistical significance,(t=3.895,P= 0.034),(t=5.874, P=0.021),(t=5.637, P=0.014), there was no obvious changes in the serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels of the two groups before treatment and it had no statistical significance,P〉0.05, the serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels of the two groups obviously decreased after treatment,(t=6.541, P=0.011),(t=5.034, P=0.019), but the decrease of the observation group was more obvious. Conclusion For patients with unstable angina pectoris, the high-dose rosuvastatin calcium can fully adjust the blood fat in the interior of human body and can decrease the Hcy and hs-CRP levels at the same time, and it is of important significance to the decrease of the occurrence of cardiovascular events.
