丁螺环酮联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑症的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Buspirone Combined with Paroxetine in Treatment of Anxiety Disorder

目的对丁螺环酮与帕罗西汀联合在焦虑症疾病治疗中的临床运用效果进行探讨。方法整群抽取2014年2月—2015年2月该院所收治的92例焦虑症患者作为观察对象,按就诊前后顺序分为联合组与参照组,前者给予丁螺环酮与帕罗西汀治疗,后者予以丁螺环酮治疗。对2组患者的临床治疗有效率进行比较。结果联合组患者的有效率(95.7%)比参照组患者(84.8%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对焦虑症患者采取丁螺环酮与帕罗西汀联合治疗,疗效甚佳,值得在临床上大力推行。

Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of buspirone combined with paroxetine in treatment of anxi- ety disorder. Methods 92 cases of patients with anxiety disorder admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were extracted as the observation object and divided into the combination group and control group according to the admission orders, the observation group were treated with buspirone combined with paroxetine, the control group were treated with buspirone, the clinical treatment effective rates were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （95.7%vs 84.8%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of uspirone combined with paroxetine in treatment of anxiety dis- order is good, which is worth great promotion in clinic.
