观察琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效

Observation on Curative Effect of Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablet in Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床有效性观察。方法随机取该院2013年12月—2014年12月收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者70例,分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗后LVEDD(55.19±0.97)mm、LVESD(40.39±0.79)mm、LVEF(49.82±0.93)%、6MWT(679.25±21.05)mm、BNP为(465.82±11.57)μg/L,对照组治疗后LVEDD(59.87±0.76)mm、LVESD(45.97±1.02)mm、LVEF(40.37±0.87)%、6MWT(531.29±19.87)m、BNP为(583.29±12.65)μg/L,实验组各项心功能指标改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。且实验组治疗后的总有效率97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);且实验组治疗后生理功能(71.06±2.51)分、社会功能(70.95±2.54)分、心理功能(69.86±2.34)分、躯体疼痛(66.97±2.85)分、健康状况(69.87±2.57)分,对照组治疗后生理功能(60.39±3.27)分、社会功能(61.98±2.53)分、心理功能(60.29±2.58)分、躯体疼痛(56.87±1.24)分、健康状况(59.87±2.56)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 70 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group were treated with conventional method, the experimental group were treated with metoprolol suecinate sustained-release tablet, the treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF, 6MWT and BNP after treatment were respectively （55.19±0.97） mm, （40.39±0.79） mm, （49.82±0.93） %, （679.25±21.05） mm and （465.8±211.57） g.g/L in the experimental group and （59.87±0.76） mm, （45.97±1.02） mm, （40.37±0.87） %, （531.29±19.87） m and （583.29±12.65） μg/L in the control group, the improvement degrees of various heart function indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05, the total effective rate after treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, （97.14% vs 77.14%）, P〈0.05, the physical function score, social function score, mental function, body pain score and health condition score after treatment were respectively （71.06±2.51） marks, （70.95±2.54） marks, （69.86± 2.34） marks＇, （66.97±2.85） marks and （69.87±2.57） marks in the experimental group and （60.39±3.27） marks, （61.98±2.53） marks, （60.29±2.58） marks, （56.87±1.24） marks and （59.87±2.56） marks, and the differences between groups were obvious by comparison, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure is obvious, which is worth promotion.
