盐酸罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产的临床分析

Clinical Observation on Combined Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia with Ropivacaine Hydrochloride in the Application of Caesarean Section

目的探讨盐酸罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产安全性和有效性。方法选择该院2015年6月—2016年1月剖宫产手术,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级(美国麻醉医师协会麻醉分级)患者80例,随机分为罗哌卡因组(R组)和布比卡因组(B组),各40例。观察两组血流动力学改变,感觉,运动神经阻滞时间和效果。结果血流动力学改变R组<B组(P<0.05),感觉、运动起效时间(53±32,42±19)R组>B组(P<0.05),运动阻滞时间(20±2,2.7±0.3)R组<B组(P<0.05),R组疗效优于B组。结论盐酸罗哌卡因用于剖宫产安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the security and effectiveness of combined epidural and spinal anesthesia？with ropivacaine hydrochloride in the application of caesarean section. Methods 80 cases of patients with caesarean section of ASA I - lI level （anesthesiology grade of American society of anesthesiologists） in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the ropivacaine？group （group R） and bupivacaine group （group B） with 40 cases in each, the changes of hemodynamics, sensations and time and effects of motor nerve block of the two group were observed. Results The change of hemodynamics in the group R was fewer than that in the group B, P〈0.05, the sensation and onset time of motor [（53±32） vs （42±19）] in the group R were better those in the group B, P〈0,05, the time of motor block [（20±2.2） vs （7±0.3）] in the group R was less than that in the group B,P〈0.05, the curative effect in the group R was better than that in the group B. Conclusion The ropivacaine hydrochloride in the application of caesarean section is safe and effective, which ;is worth promotion and application.
