摘要
目的探讨分析青光眼患者治疗中应用丝裂霉素C的效果。方法按照随机等分法将方便选取该院在2013年8月—2015年9月接收的50例青光眼患者划分成为病例数同是25例的实验组和对照组,两组患者均采取小梁切除术治疗,以此作为基础,实验组患者在治疗过程中应用丝裂霉素C,观察两组患者治疗效果,并进行对比分析。结果和对照组相比较,实验组治疗总有效率明显要高,为92.0%,二者数据对比,差异有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论应用小梁切除术治疗青光眼患者时,加用丝裂霉素C,安全可靠,效果确切,在临床中值得应用以及积极推广。
Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of mitomycin C in treatment of glaucoma patients. Methods 50 cas- es of glaucoma patients admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into the ex- perimental group and the control group with 25 cases in each, both groups were treated with trabeculeetomy, the experimen- tal group were treated with mitomycin C on this basis, and the treatment effects of the two groups were observed and com- paratively analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 92.0% in the experimental group, which was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion When the glaucoma patients are treated with trabeculeetomy, the additional application of mitomyein C can obtain a definite effect, and it is safe and re- liable, which is worth application and active promotion in clinic.
