沙利度胺治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效及抗肿瘤机制分析

Curative Effect of Thalidomide in Treatment of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and Analysis of Anti-tumor Mechanism

目的分析沙利度胺治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的疗效及抗肿瘤机制。方法整群选取该院2012年7月—2014年7月收治的NHL患者102例,抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,每组51例。对照组仅给予化疗治疗,观察组给予沙利度胺联合放疗治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(s VEGF)水平变化和临床疗效。结果观察组s VEGF水平(286.61±126.48)ng/L较对照组(426.12±189.04)ng/L显著较低(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为84.31%较对照组68.63%显著较高(P<0.05)。结论沙利度胺能有效降低s VEGF水平抑制血管新生,治疗NHL缓解率高,有临床应用推广价值。

Objective＇To analyze the curative effect and anti-tumor mechanism of thalidomide in treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods 102 cases of patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each, the control group were treated with simple chemotherapy, the observation group were treated with thalidomide combined with chemotherapy, the changes of serum vas- cular endothelial growth factor level and clinical curative effects before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The sVEGF level in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, [（286.61± 126.48） ng/L vs （426.12±189.04） ng/L], P〈0.05, the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, （84.31% vs 68.63%）,P〈0.05. Conclusion Thalidomide can obviously reduce the sVEGF level and inhibit the angiogenesis, the remission rate of thalidomide in treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma is high, which is worth clinical application and promotion.
