神经节苷脂治疗儿童运动发育迟缓的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Ganglioside in Treatment of Motor Development Retardation in Children

目的探究神经节苷脂治疗儿童运动发育迟缓的临床价值。方法方便选取2013年1月—2014年1月儿童运动发育迟缓患者100例作为该研究对象,随机分为2组,每组50例患者,对照组接受早期干预以及康复治疗,实验组在此基础上联合神经节苷脂治疗,对比2组儿童运动发育迟缓患者治疗的效果。结果实验组儿童运动发育迟缓患者发育异常率(18.00%)明显低于对照组(40.00%),P<0.05。结论神经节苷脂治疗儿童运动发育迟缓患者的效果较好。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of ganglioside in treatment of motor development retardation in children. Methods 100 cases of children with motor development retardation from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group received early intervention and rehabilitation treatment, the experimental group received ganglioside treatment on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The development abnormality rate in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, （18.00% vs 40.00%）,P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of ganglio- side in treatment of motor development retardation？in children is better.
