通心络胶囊治疗老年冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后心绞痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Tongxinluo Capsule in Treatment of Angina Pectoris in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Percutaneous Coronary Interventional Treatment

目的分析通心络胶囊治疗老年冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后心绞痛的临床效果。方法方便选取2012年12月—2014年12月该院诊治的120例老年冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分组,每组60例。对照组选择常规治疗,观察组再使用通心络胶囊治疗。分析对比两组的治疗总有效率和甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60),患者的甘油三酯(1.95±0.48)mmol/L、总胆固醇(3.40±0.53)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.79±0.20)mmol/L等指标下降非常明显,各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。由于甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标是冠心病患者的几种可改变的危险因素,当各项指标下降时,说明患者的治疗效果非常显著。结论对于老年冠心病心绞痛患者来说,在常规治疗的基础上加服通心络胶囊,不但能够大幅度提高患者的治疗总有效率,而且还能显著改善患者的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tongxinluo capsule in treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary interventional treatment. Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research objeet and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group were treated with con- ventional method, the observation group were treated with tongxinluo capsule, the total treatment effective rates, triglyceride, total cholesterols and low density ipoprotein cholesterol levels were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the total treatment effective rate was 96.67% （58/60）, the decreases of the indexes including triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density ipoprotein cholesterol of patients were very obvious, and the indexes were respectively （1.95± 0.48） mmol/L, （3.40±0.53） mmol/L and （1.79±0.20） mmol/L, the various indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05, the decreases of various indexes showed the treatment effect of patients was very obvious because the indexes including triglyeerides, total cholesterol and low density ipoprotein？cholesterol were the changeable risk factors for patients with coronary heart disease. Conduslon For elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pec- toris, the additional taking of tongxinluo capsule on the basis of conventional treatment can not only greatly improve the to- tal treatment effective rate of patients but also obviously improve the triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density ipopro- tein cholesterol levels of patients.
