CT定位下微创穿刺治疗高血压基底节区脑出血短期的作用

Short-term Effect of Puncture under CT in Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage in Basal Ganglia

目的探索CT定位下微创穿刺治疗高血压基底节区脑出血短期的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院在2012年3月—2015年3月期间收治的100例高血压基底节区脑出血患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组50例患者,对照组采用常规开颅手术治疗,观察组采用CT定位下微创穿刺治疗,观察两组患者的格拉斯哥昏迷评分。结果对照组的格拉斯哥昏迷评分为(10.64±1.64)分,观察组的格拉斯哥昏迷评分为(12.35±2.64)分,观察组的格拉斯哥昏迷评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CT定位下微创穿刺治疗高血压基底节区脑出血短期的临床效果确切,其可在临床上被广泛使用。

Objective To explore the short-term clinical curative effect of puncture under CT in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Methods 100 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal gan- glia admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group were treated with conventional craniotomy, the observation group were treated with punc- ture under CT, and the Glasgow coma scores of the two groups were observed. Results The Glasgow coma score in the ob- servation group was obviously better than that in the control group, [（10.64±1.64） marks vs （12.35±2.64） marks;, P〈0.05. Conclusion The short-term clinical effect of puncture under CT in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia is definite, which can be widely applied in clinic.
