摘要
目的观察手术患者大量输血后不同时间血清电解质浓度动态变化。方法整群选择2013年10月—2014年11月来该院进行手术的患者55例,55例患者均进行大量输血,观察患者大量输血前、大量输血后1 h、3 d、7 d血清电解质浓度动态变化。结果输血1 h后,患者的血K^+、血Cl^-、血Ca^(2+)值分别为(4.21±0.84)mmol/L、(107.64±5.02)mmol/L、(1.84±0.21)mmol/L与输血前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);输血3 d后血K^+、血Cl^-、血Ca^(2+)值分别为(3.69±0.48)mmol/L、(104.18±4.71)mmol/L、(2.01±0.051)mmol/L与输血1 h后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术患者大量输血后1~3 d内血K^+、血Cl^-、血Ca^(2+)值均有明显变化,临床医生应在患者输血1~3 d内加强对血清电解质浓度动态化观察,发现异常及时处理。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of serum electrolyte concentration of different time in operative patients after massive transfusion. Methods 55 cases of patients receiving operation in our hospital from October 2013 to November 2014 were selected and were given massive transfusion, and the dynamic changes of electrolyte concentration of patients before massive transfusion, at 1h, 3d and 7d of massive transfusion were observed. Results The serum K+, serum Cl-and serum Ca2+values were respectively(4.21±0.84) mmol/L,(107.64±5.02) mmol/L and(1.84±0.21) mmol/L after 1h of transfusion, and the differences had statistical significance compared with those before transfusion(P〈0.05); The serum K+,serum Cl-and serum Ca2+values were respectively(3.69 ±0.48) mmol/L,(104.18±4.71)mmol/L and(2.01 ±0.051) mmol/L after 3d of transfusion, and the differences had statistical significance compared with those after 1h of transfusion(P〈0.05).Conclusion The serum K+, serum Cl-and serum Ca2+values in operative patients have an obvious change in 1-3d after massive transfusion, and the clinical doctor should enhance the dynamic observation of serum electrolyte concentration of patients in 1-3d after transfusion and give timely processing if the abnormality is found.
