臭氧治疗术在复杂性腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ozone Therapy in Treatment of Complex Lumbar Inter-vertebral Disc Heraiation

目的探讨臭氧治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法整群选取2014年10月—2015年11月该单位合作医院复杂性腰椎间盘突出症患者共65例,给予臭氧治疗,观察治疗效果。结果总有效率为89.2%,均未出现不良反应;治疗后Oswestry功能障碍指数为(25.21±13.20)%,低于治疗前,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧治疗复杂腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of ozone therapy in treatment of complex lumbar intervertebral disc heraiation.Methods 65 cases of patients with complex lumbar intervertebral disc heraiation treated in the hospital cooperating with our unit from October 2014 to November 2015 were selected and were treated with ozone, and the treatment effect was observed. Results The total effective rate was 89.2%, and there was no adverse reactions, the Oswestry disability index after treatment was（25.21±13.20）%, which was lower than that before treatment, and there was an difference between groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The ozone therapy in treatment of complex lumbar intervertebral disc heraiation has a good effect.
