摘要
目的分析支原体肺炎并胸腔积液临床特点。方法整群选取该院于2011年4月—2015年5月收治78例支原体肺炎合并胸腔积液患儿临床资料。结果治疗组患儿在常规对症处理上,加用中药治疗。治疗组患者有效率97.4%,对照组84.6%,P<0.05。结论给予患儿对症处理,适当加用中药治疗可获得良好的治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of mycoplasma pneumonia combined with pleural effusion. Methods The clinical data of children with mycoplasma pneumonia combined with pleural effusion were selected. Results The treatment group were treated with additional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment, and the effective rate was 97.4% in the treatment group and 84.6% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The symptomatic treatment and appropriately adding Chinese medicine treatment can obtain a good treatment effect.
