针刺治疗胃病腧穴配伍的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Compatibility of Acupoints of Acupuncture in Treatment of Stomach Disease

目的分析针刺治疗胃病腧穴配伍的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取2014年9月—2015年9月在该院接受胃病治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例患者,给予对照组患者行单纯针刺治疗,给予治疗组患者行针刺腧穴配伍治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率为80%,治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为97%,2组患者的总有效率比较（χ^2=4.043,P〈0.05）,治疗中,两组患者均无不良反应发生,安全性较高。结论利用针刺治疗胃病腧穴配伍有效的改善了患者的临床症状,治疗效果明显,具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of compatibility of acupoints of acupuncture in treatment of stomach disease. Methods 60 cases of patients with stomach disease treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group were treated with simple acupuncture, the treatment group were treated with acupuncture compatibility of acupoints, and the clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate was 80% in the control group and 97% in the treatment group, and the comparison had statistical significance（χ~2=4.043, P〈0.05）, and there was no adverse reactions in the two groups with high safety during treatment. Conclusion Compatibility of acupoints of acupuncture in treatment of stomach disease effectively improves the clinical symptoms of patients, and the treatment effect is obvious, which is of important application value.
