白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Cataract Phacoemulsification Combined with Tra-beculectomy in Treatment of Glaucoma Combined with Cataract

目的探讨白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法随机择取该院2012年5月—2014年5月收治的90例青光眼合并白内障患者,随机分为两组,每组45例,分别采取小梁切除术(对照组)和白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗(观察组)。结果观察组患者的眼压、中央前房深度、视力分别为(12.86±3.27)mm Hg、(3.05±0.34)mm和(0.36±0.08),治疗总有效率为95.56%,数据均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in treatment of glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods 90 cases of patients with glaucoma combined with cataract treated in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each,the control group were treated with trabeculectomy and the observation group were treated with cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy. Results The intraocular tension, anterior chamber depth, vision and total treatment effective rate were respectively（12.86±3.27） mm Hg,（3.05±0.34） mm,（0.36±0.08） and 95.56% in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in treatment of glaucoma combined with cataract is obvious, which is worth promotion.
