电子支气管镜术在小儿反复咳嗽喘息性疾病诊断及治疗中的价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的探究电子支气管镜术在小儿反复咳嗽喘息性疾病诊断及治疗中的价值。方法整群选取该院在2014年12月—2015年12月收治的145例小儿因病因不明或疗效不佳的小儿反复咳嗽喘息性疾病患者作为观察对象,应用电子支气管镜的检测,观察患者纤维支气管镜下的表现,并根据检测结果来分析患者的病因构成,给予相关治疗以及观察其疗效术后患者可能出现的不良反应发生情况。结果 145例患者经电子支气管镜的检查发现,支气管内膜炎的患者有75例;支气管狭窄的患者有25例;支气管软化的患者有20例;支气管异物的患者有10例;支气管扩张的患者6例,气道畸形5例,支气管内膜结核4例。结论对小儿反复咳嗽喘息性疾病进行电子支气管镜术检查,能够帮助医生更好地确定病因,从而保障治疗方案的准确有效,具有较高的医学意义,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the value of electronic bronchoscopy operation in diagnosis and treatment of repeated cough and asthmatic diseases in children. Methods 145 cases of children with repeated cough and asthmatic diseases due to unclear pathogen or poor curative effect admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the observation object and detected by the electronic bronchoscopy, the manifestations under the fiber bronchoscope of patients were observed, and the pathogens of patients were analyzed according to the test results and were given related treatment, the curative effect and occurrence of adverse reactions of patients after operation were observed. Results The electronic bronchoscopy examination discovered that bronchial intimitis occurred to 75 cases, bronchial stenosis occurred to 25 cases, bronchial malacia occurred to 20 cases, bronchial foreign body occurred to 10 cases, bronchiectasia occurred to 6 cases, airway abnormality occurred to 5 cases and endobronchial tuberculosis occurred to 4 cases. Conclusion The electronic bronchoscopy examination for children with repeated cough and asthmatic diseases can help the doctors better determine the pathogen thus ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the treatment programs, which is of higher medical significance and is worth clinical promotion.
