摘要
目的探讨胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘的原因、诊断治疗及预防措施。方法回顾性分析该院于2012年2月—2015年12月诊治的50例胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘的资料,以观察术后4 d引流管引流液颜色变化为标准。结果 45例经非手术治疗痊愈,5例经再次手术后死亡。结论胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘发生患者死亡率高,一旦确诊应尽早积极采取有效治疗措施。
Objective To discuss the cause, diagnosis and treatment and preventive measures of anastomosis fistula after radical operation for carcinoma of stomach. Methods The data of 50 cases of patients with anastomosis fistula after radical operation for carcinoma of stomach treated in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 retrospectively analyzed, and the color changes of drainage tissue fluid in drainage tube in postoperative 4d were observed. Results 45 cases were cured after non-operation treatment, 5 cases died after reoperation. Conclusion The death rate of patients with anastomosis fistula after radical operation for carcinoma of stomach is high, and we should actively take effective treatment measures as soon as possible once the patients were diagnosed.
