探讨颈外静脉留置针用于普外科手术患者中的临床效果

Study on Clinical Effect of Indwelled Needle in External Jugular Veins in Patients in the Department of General Surgery

目的探讨分析颈外静脉留置针用于普外科手术临床效果。方法方便选取该院2014年8月—2015年5月收治的70例普外科患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组35例患者采取四肢浅静脉留置输液,观察组35例患者采取颈外静脉留置针输液,观察两组患者临床效果。结果统计发现,观察组一次置管成功率33例(94.26%)明显高于对照组25例(71.43%),置管后观察组各项并发症均比对照组少。结论颈外静脉留置针用于普外科手术临床效果显著。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of indwelled needle in external jugular veins in the operation of the department of general surgery. Methods 70 cases of patients in the department of general surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group adopted diabetic limb superficial venous indwelled needle for infusion, the observation group adopted indwelled needle in external jugular veins for infusion, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The statistics discovered that the one-time cannulation success rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（33 cases vs 25 cases） and（94.26% vs 71.43%）, the various complications in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group after cannulation. Conclusion The clinical effect of indwelled needle in external jugular veins in the application of operation of the department of general surgery is obvious.
