摘要
目的研究立体定向辅助显微手术对脑深部胶质瘤治疗效果。方法选取2014年5月—2015年4月该院收治的60例脑深部胶质瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法把患者随机为观察组与对照组,对照组采用传统开颅切瘤手术,观察组采用立体定向辅助显微手术,对比两组患者的治疗效果及神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)。结果观察组的有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的80%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的NIHSS均降低,但观察组于治疗后1个月及2个月的NIHSS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论立体定向辅助显微手术疗效确切,且利于术后恢复。
Objective To research the effect of microsurgery supplemented by stereotaxis in treatment of deep-seated brain glioma.Methods 60 cases of patients with stereotaxis admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated with traditional tumor resection craniectomy,the observation group were treated with microsurgery supplemented by stereotaxis,and the treatment effects and neurologic impairment scores were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(100% vs 80%)(P〈0.05),and the neurologic impairment scores in both groups after treatment decreased,but the neurologic impairment scores after 1-month and 2-month treatment in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of microsurgery supplemented by stereotaxis is definite,which is conducive to the postoperative recovery.
