摘要
目的对脑梗治疗过程中再次加重的原因分析,研究预防对策。方法选取2010年12月—2015年12月在该院因脑梗住院的进行治疗后病情再次加重的患者60例,对其因素进行回顾性分析。结果有23例患者是由于脑梗用药导致血压降低从而出现脑梗,有12例患者由于静脉输入葡萄糖后加重,有13例患者由于脑出血后导致,有12例患者出现输液反应。结论研究当中能够了解到,医护人员在治疗中重视,能够完全避免再次加重的情况出现。
Objective To analyze the causes of re-aggravation in the process of treatment of cerebral infarction and research preventive measures.Methods 60 cases of patients whose disease was aggravated again after treatment in our hospital due to cerebral infarction from December 2010 to December 2015 were selected and the causes of them were retrospectively analyzed.Results Cerebral infarction occurred to 23 cases due to decreased blood pressure caused by cerebral infarction drugs,the disease of 12 cases was aggravated due to the intravenous infusion of glucose,cerebral infarction occurred to 13 cases due to cerebral hemorrhage,infusion reaction occurred to 12 cases.Conclusion The research shows that the re-aggravation can be totally avoided if the medical staff can pay attention to it in the process of treatment.
