慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床治疗研究

Research on Clinical Treatment for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Respiratory Failure

目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法方便选择该院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者60例作为研究对象,时间在2013年2月—2014年2月,分成实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用机械通气治疗。结果实验组的p H值、Pa O2及Pa CO2分别为(10.11±0.16)、(7.43±0.06)mm Hg、(6.21±0.13)mm Hg;对照组的分别为(7.36±0.47)、(6.34±0.17)mm Hg、(7.82±0.12)mm Hg(P<0.05);实验组的治愈率为96.67%(29/30),远远高于对照组的66.67%(20/30),P<0.05。结论在常规治疗的基础上,给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者机械通气治疗具有显著疗效。

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups,the control group were treated with conventional method,the experimental group were treated with mechanical ventilation on the basis of the control group.Results The p H value,Pa O2 and Pa CO2 were respectively（10.11±0.16）,（7.43±0.06） mm Hg and（6.21±0.13） mm Hg in the experimental group and（7.36±0.47）,（6.34±0.17） mm Hg and（7.82±0.12） mm Hg in the control group,P〈0.05;the cure rate in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group,[96.67%（29/30） vs 66.67%（20/30）],P〈0.05.Conclusion The curative effect of mechanical ventilation treatment for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure on the basis of convenient treatment is obvious.
