中西医治疗慢性肾小球肾炎80例疗效探讨

Observation on Curative Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment for 80 Cases with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的探讨慢性肾小球肾炎的中西医治疗情况。方法方便该院2013年6月—2015年6月收治的160例慢性肾小球肾炎患者分为两组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中医辩证施治,回顾性总结分析两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(92.5%)明显高于对照组(70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后各项指标同样优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效肯定,但对临床医生的要求也较高,仍需加强相关经验的总结。

Objective To study the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment for 80 cases with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 160 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted and treated in our hospital from June2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups,the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group were given syndrome differentiation treatment of TCM on the basis of the control group,and the clinical curative effects of the two groups were retrospectively summarized and analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（92.5% vs 70%）,and the difference had statistical significance,P〈0.01,the various indexes after treatment in the treatment group was better than those in the control group,and the differences had statistical significance,P〈0.05.Conclusion The curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment for chronic glomerulonephritis is positive,but the requirement for clinical doctors is also higher,and we still need to enhance the summary of relevant experience.
