甲状腺肿瘤患者临床诊断中彩色多普勒超声的应用价值探讨

Study on Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Clinical Diagnosis of Patients with Thyroid Neoplasm

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法整群选取该院收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者96例,病例收治时间在2013—2015年间,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,分析检查结果。结果 1良性患者与恶性患者在彩色血流分级I级、II级、III级上对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2超声检查的甲状腺癌、结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺瘤检出符合率分别为97.06%、93.75%、94.79%,与病理检查相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声具备无痛苦、重复性好、操作简单、准确率高等特征,在甲状腺肿瘤中的诊断价值较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of patients with thyroid neoplasm.Methods The clinical data of 96 cases of patients with thyroid neoplasm admitted and treated in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,and all patients received color Doppler ultrasound examination,and the examination results were analyzed.Results（1）The differences in the color flow I,II and III between the benign patients and the malignant patients had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.（2）The detection accordance rates of ultrasound examination in diagnosis of thyroid cancer,nodular goiter and thyrophyma were respectively 97.06%,93.75% and 94.79%,and the differences were not big compared with those of pathological examination without statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has the characteristics of no pains,good repeatability,easy operation and high accurate rate,and the value in diagnosis of thyroid tumor is higher,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
