新生儿早发型败血症45例临床思路构架和分析

Clinical Thought Framework and Analysis of Early Neonatal Sepsis

目的研究新生儿早发型败血症的临床特征和诊断标准。方法方便选取自2013年3月—2015年12月在该院就诊的新生儿早发型败血症患者50例,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 50例患者中,患者临床表现为:腹胀14例,呕吐6例,呼吸困难8例,皮肤出现瘀斑6例,肺部出血5例,发热4例,血尿2例,抽搐3例,尿潴留2例,对患者进行血培养结果,发现大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和溶血性链球菌导致新生儿发生败血症的主要病原菌,在使用抗生素治疗后,患者治愈26例,好转14例,死亡6例,放弃治疗出院4例。结论新生儿早发型败血症患儿病死率高,对新生儿进行严密的感染性指标监测,有利于对早发型败血症的确诊,对提升治疗效果有着重要的意义。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and diagnostic criteria of early onset neonatal sepsis. Methods Convenient selection aretrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 50 neonates who were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to December 2015. Results The main pathogenic bacteria of neonatal sepsis were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and hemolytic streptococcus. After the use of antibiotics, 24 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, 6 cases died, and 4 cases were abandoned. Conclusion The mortality rate of early neonatal sepsis is high. To monitor the infection of newborn infants, which is conducive to the diagnosis of early onset of sepsis, and can improve the treatment effect.
