不同术式联合治疗青光眼合并白内障的近期疗效对比分析

The Short-term Effects of Combination of Different Operative Methods Treatment for Glaucoma with Cataract

目的研究单、双切口两种不同术式联合治疗青光眼合并白内障的近期疗效。方法方便选择2011年3月—2014年2月该院接诊的80例(80眼)青光眼合并白内障的患者进行研究。按照随机数表法均分为两组。观察组采用双切口超声乳化白内障摘除、人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术对患者进行手术治疗,对照组采用单切口术式对患者进行手术。术后,观察两组患者的疗效。结果术后,观察组患者的视力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的眼压均出现明显降低(P<0.05);对照组患者的散光情况明显加重(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率(5.0%)明显低于对照组(20.0%)(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论双切口术式联合治疗治疗青光眼合并白内障,近期疗效显著,值得广为推广。

Objective To study the short-term effects of combination of single, double incision two different surgical treatment for glaucoma with cataract. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases（80） glaucoma with cataract patients from March2011 to February 2014 in our hospital were researched. According to a random number table, they were divided into two groups. Observation group was used dual incision phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy surgery for patients,but the control group was used a single incision surgical patients for surgery. After operation,the clinical effect were observed. Results After surgery, the visual acuity of the observation group was better than the control group, the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The intraocular pressure of the two groups were significant lower（P〈0.05）;while the astigmatism of the control group was significantly increased（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications（5.0%） of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（20.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The recent curative effect of double incision surgery combined treatment of glaucoma with cataract is significant, worthy of wide promotion.
