桡骨远端骨折手术与非手术的疗效对比体会

Comparative Efficacy of Distal Radius Fracture Surgery and Non-surgical Experience

目的对比桡骨远端骨折手术与非手术的疗效。方法整群选取2013年8月—2015年12月该院收治的108例桡骨远端骨折患者作为观察目标,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=54,采用非手术治疗)和试验组(n=54,采用手术治疗),观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组治疗后的腕关节功能评分优良率为96.3%,对照组治疗后的腕关节功能评分优良率为79.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桡骨远端骨折手术治疗效果优于非手术治疗,值得临床选择和普及应用。

Objective To compare the distal radius fracture surgery and non-surgical treatment. Methods Group selection August 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital 108 cases of distal radius fractures were observed as the target, according to the different treatment methods are divided into a control group（n = 54, non-surgical treatment） and experimental group（n= 54, treated by surgery）, the treatment effect was observed and compared between two groups. Results Experimental group after treatment good wrist function score was 96.3% in the control group after treatment good wrist function score was79.6%, a significant difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgical treatment of distal radius fracture is superior to non-surgical treatment, worthy of choice and universal application.
