微小单操作孔胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究微小单操作孔胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸的临床疗效。方法整群选取2013年2月—2014年9月期间该院确诊的72例自发性气胸患者作为研究对象,对照组采用传统胸腔镜手术治疗,观察组予以微小单操作孔胸腔镜下手术进行治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果两组均无Ⅲ度疼痛的患者,观察组术后疼痛情况明显优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症出现率为5.6%,明显低于对照组的22.2%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微小单操作孔胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸具有手术切口小、术后疼痛轻等优势,可有效减少术后并发症,临床价值显著,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of micro monoporate thoracoscope in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods Group selection 72 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax were diagnosed in our hospital from February 2013 to September 2014 during the process as the research object, the control group used traditional thoracoscopic surgery, observation group was given small micro operation hole thoracoscopic surgery treatment, Results The two groups had no degree of pain patients, the observation group postoperative pain control group was significantly better than that, significant differences between two groups(P〈0.05); the observation group complication rate was 5.6%, significantly lower than the control group 22.2%, two groups compared significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Small single port thoracoscopic treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax with small incision surgery, postoperative pain and other advantages, can effectively reduce the postoperative complications, significant clinical value, worthy of promotion.
