早期骨修补在脑外伤治疗中的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Early Bone Repair in the Treatment of Traumatic Brain Injury

目的研究在脑外伤患者的临床治疗中早期骨修补术的应用价值。方法方便选取2013年7月月—2015年12月期间于该院接受骨修补治疗的90例患者随机分组,研究组45例患者在伤后3个月内接受颅骨修补术治疗,对照组45例患者伤后半年以后行颅骨修补术治疗,对比分析2组患者术后治疗效果。结果研究组术后恢复较好患者(86.67%)显著高于对照组(66.67%),整体致残率(13.33%)显著低于对照组(33.33%),P<0.05。且术后神经功能缺损情况较之对照组明显减轻,患者肢体功能及日常生活能力恢复情况显著高于对照组,不良事件发生率低,P<0.05。结论在脑外伤患者治疗中早期应用骨修补术治疗,可促进患者术后恢复,减少并发症的发生,有利于脑外伤患者肢体功能及生活能力的恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical value in the treatment of traumatic brain injury patients in the early repair of shares. Methods Convenient selection the bone repair in hospital receiving treatment during the 2013-07 to 2015-12 90 patients randomized study group of 45 patients received cranioplasty treatment, the control group of 45 patients with injury after injury within three months after half a year later skull repair treatment, comparative analysis of the effect of 2 groups of patients after treatment. Results Study Group better postoperative recovery of patients（86.67%） was significantly higher（66.67%）, the overall morbidity（13.33%） was significantly lower than the control group（33.33%）, P〈0.05. And postoperative neurological deficit situation significantly reduced compared with the control group, patients with limb function and activities of daily living were significantly higher recovery, low incidence of adverse events, P〈0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic brain injury patients with early use of bone repair treatment, can promote postoperative recovery, reduce complications, conducive to the recovery of limb function and viability of brain trauma patients, worthy of promotion.
