探讨藿香正气胶囊治疗胃肠型感冒的临床观察

To Explore the Clinical Observation of Huoxiangzhengqi Cap-sule in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Type of Influenza

目的探讨藿香正气胶囊治疗胃肠型感冒的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的120例胃肠型感冒患者,随机分成两组,对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上用藿香正气胶囊治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率,得出结论。结果观察组的治疗有效率为91.67%,对照组治疗的有效率为73.33%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藿香正气胶囊治疗胃肠型感冒具有明显的临床疗效,有效改善感冒临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxiangzhengqi capsule in the treatment of gastrointestinal type cold clinical curative effect. Methods Convenient selection select our hospital January 2016 years 1 month from 120 cases of gastrointestinal type of influenza patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine treatment, the observation group in the control group the foundation with Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsule treatment, compared two groups of patients the treatment efficiency, and draw a conclusion. Results In the observation group treatment effective rate was 91.67%, compared with the control group, the treatment efficiency was 73.33%, two group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsule in the treatment of gastrointestinal type of influenza has obvious clinical curative effect, effectively improve the cold clinical symptoms, is worth the clinical promotion.
