留置胃管患者非计划性拔管的原因研究

Study on the Cause of Non Indwelling Gastric Tube in Patients with Un-planned Extubation

目的研究分析留置胃管患者非计划拔管的原因。方法方便选择2015年1—12月期间在该院接收诊治的80例留置胃管患者,回顾性分析临床发生非计划拔出胃管的原因。结果留置胃管患者非计划性拔管的主要原因包括:患者不适自行拔管、患者不慎拔管、胃管自行脱出、不配合治疗而拔管、健康教育不到位。该组80例留置胃管者中,非计划性拔管的发生率为13.75%(11/80),其中健康教育不到位的发生率最高5.0%(4/80)。结论临床应对留置胃管患者及家属加强健康教育,减少患者的不适感,增强家属的依从性,避免非计划性拔管的发生,保证患者置管的安全,以利于患者及早恢复健康。

Objective To study on non plan cupping reason gastric intubation. Methods Convenient selection the diagnosis and treatment of January 2015 to December 2015 during the reception of the Department of neurosurgery in our hospital 80 cases of patients with indwelling gastric tube, retrospective analysis of unplanned nasogastric tube pull out the reason. Results The main causes include non indwelling gastric tube in patients with unplanned extubation： patient discomfort to pull tube, with inadvertent extubation to gastric tube prolapse, with treatment and extubation, health education is not in place.This group of 80 cases of indwelling gastric tube in unplanned extubation rate was 13.75%（11/80）, in which the health education is not in place the highest incidence of 5 %（4/80）. Conclusion The clinical response to indwelling gastric tube of patients and their families to strengthen health education, reduce patient discomfort, improve compliance of family members,to avoid the occurrence of unplanned extubation in patients with catheterization, ensure safety, to help patients recover as soon as possible.
