舒适化护理在腰椎间盘突出中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的探讨舒适化护理在腰椎间盘突出中的应用效果。方法随机选择2012年3月—2013年3月该院接诊的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行回顾性研究,将这80例患者按照随机法随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组与对照组均选取40例患者,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用舒适护理。记录两组患者复位后患者的VAS评分,住院时间以及满意度。结果研究组患者的疼痛VAS评分与住院时间明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度为92.50%,对照组为70.00%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适化护理在腰椎间盘临床中,缩短患者住院时间、功能恢复显著,应在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods Random selection 80 cases of lumbar protrusion of the intervertebral disc patients from March 2012 to 2013 march in our hospital admissions ofwere retrospectively studied, they were randomly divided into study group and control group according to, the study group and the control group were selected 40 patients, the control group received routine nursing care,the study group received comfort nursing care. The VAS score, length of stay and satisfaction of the two groups were recorded. Results The study group with pain VAS score and duration of hospitalization was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction of the study group was92.50%, 70.00% in the control group, two groups of comparisons, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfort care in the lumbar intervertebral disc clinical can shorten the hospitalization time, functional recovery is significant,it should be vigorously promoted in clinical application.
