摘要
目的研究MiR200对肾癌细胞增殖的影响。方法整群选取2013年1月—2015年1月于齐齐哈尔医学院第三附属医院就诊的51例肾癌患者病理细胞和正常癌旁组织细胞,以及构建裸鼠肾癌模型,测量MiR-200在不同细胞中的表达量和肿瘤增殖情况。结果 MiR-200在裸鼠的SN12-PM6和人的786-o、A498表达中均低于正常组织的表达(P〈0.05),在48 h后能够抑制肾癌细胞增殖(P〈0.05),48~72 h抑制情况最为显著(P〈0.05)。结论 MiR-200在肿瘤细胞中呈低表达水平,能够抑制肾癌细胞增殖并能够抑制裸鼠肾癌细胞生长。
Objective MiR200 proliferation of kidney cancer. Methods Group selection from January 2013- January 2015,51 patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University with renal cell carcinoma pathological cells and adjacent normal tissue cells, renal cancer and build nude model, measuring MiR-200 in different cells and the expression of tumor proliferation. Results MiR-200 in nude mice SN12-PM6 and human 786-o, A498 expression were lower than normal tissue expression(P〈0.05), at 48 h after kidney can inhibit cancer cell proliferation(P〈0.05), 48~72 h inhibition was most significant,(P〈0.05). Conclusion MiR-200 showed low levels of expression in tumor cells, can inhibit the proliferation of renal cell carcinoma and renal cancer cell growth in nude mice can be suppressed.
