摘要
目的探讨沙门菌临床检验中的全面生化反应和血清学检查结果。方法整群选取该院2014年1月—2015年12月接诊沙门菌患者160例作为研究对象,随机分2组。对照组以常规检验,研究组以全面生化反应与血清学检查。对比下降诺言结果。结果研究组检验有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组（χ^2=5.081,P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论全面生化反应和血清学检查联合应用在沙门菌临床检验,可明显提高检验有效率。
Objective To investigate the clinical testing of Salmonella comprehensive biochemical and serological test results. Methods Group selection hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 admissions Salmonella 160 patients as research subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group with routine testing, research group in a comprehensive biochemical reactions and serological examination. Compare decline promise results. Results The effective rate of97.50% test group, significantly higher（χ^2= 5.081, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The overall biochemical reactions and serological examination combined with clinical testing in Salmonella, can significantly improve test efficiency.
