美多芭方案在治疗帕金森病上的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Madopar Scheme in the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease

目的分析探讨美多芭方案在治疗帕金森病上的临床疗效治疗效果。方法方便选取2012年5月—2014年5月间该院收治的100例帕金森患者为例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组以服用美多芭进行治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上配合服用吡贝地尔,对比分析两组疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率为88%,对照组的有效率为72%。观察组的治疗效果同对照组相比更好,差异有统计学意义。两组患者在治疗过程中都没有不良反应发生。治疗5个月后,调查评分下降程度方面观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论相比单纯的服用美多芭进行治疗,服用美多芭配合多巴胺能激动剂的方案更能帮助帕金森患者治疗疾病,该方案可以有效的提高治疗效率,适合在临床上采取广泛应用。

Objective To analysis the treatment effect of Parkinson＇s disease by Madopar scheme. Methods Convenient selection between May 2014 to May 2012, 100 patients were selected from our hospital, and patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, two groups.The control group was treated by taking Madopar treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation group cooperate with piribedil. Comparative analysis of the efficacy of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.9%, and the effective rate of the control group was72%. The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no adverse reaction in the treatment of the two groups. After five months of treatment, the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with pure taking Madopar treatment, Taking Madopar combined with dopamine agonists scheme can help treatment in patients with Parkinson disease, this scheme can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, suitable for clinical application.
