小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Primary Hypertension in Elderly Patients with Low Dose of Clopidogrel Combined with Amlodipine

目的探究小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法该次研究随机选择该院在2015年2月—2016年1月收治的100例老年原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组行小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合左旋氨氯地平治疗,对照组行左旋氨氯地平治疗,连续治疗8周,对两组患者的治疗效果对比分析。结果实验组(84.0%)与对照组(80.0%)两组患者的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实验组(44.0%)患者显效率高于对照组(24.0%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另在治疗8周之后患者SBP、DBP得到明显下降,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压效果显著,值得在临床中推荐与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of low dose of clopidogrel combined with amlodipine in the treatment of primary hypertension in the elderly. Methods This study random selected in our hospital in February 2015 — 2016 January treated 100 cases of elderly patients with primary hypertension patients as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to, in the experimental group, low dose of hydrochlorothiazide combined with levo amlodipine treatment, the control group was treated with Levamlodipine treatment and 8 weeks of continuous treatment, of two groups of patients treatment effect comparison analysis. Results The experimental group and the control group, two groups of patients with total effective rate had no significant difference（P〈0.05）, but the experimental group were markedly higher than that in the control group, between group difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）; on the other in the treatment of 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after patients with SBP and DBP was significantly decreased, experimental group was better than that of the control group, significant difference, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of low dose of clopidogrel combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension is significant, it is worth to be recommended and applied in clinical practice.
